Program Description:
The London School of Economics (LSE) Summer program offers challenging courses in areas like accounting and finance, business and management, economics and international relations, and government and society.  Students build a foundation of expertise in their chosen subject area alongside peers from all over the world.  Located in central London, the LSE Summer program allows students the flexibility to choose between one, two, or three 3-week sessions.

Students MUST apply through IFSA and Vanderbilt. No LSE application needed - IFSA submits your application to LSE on your behalf. Please do not apply directly with LSE

Things to Note:
  • All courses abroad must receive a letter grade. Under no circumstance shall a student audit a course.
  • LSE Summer applicants will not receive a refund if they get independent housing.
  • Applicants have to complete one semester at Vanderbilt before they can apply to the IFSA LSE program.
    • If you are a freshman, you will wait for the fall semester to finish to receive your VU GPA/transcript. Then you can submit your IFSA application in January.
