This program provides students the opportunity to use their French language skills in both a study-center environment and in classes at the Institut Catholique de Toulouse. In addition to language courses, coursework in art, culture, literature, communication, history, psychology, and educational studies are on offer, in a mix of English and French. Toulouse, a dynamic and diverse city that has both a deep history and is a major aerospace and technology hub, is very close to the Mediterranean, the Atlantic, Spain, the microstate of Andorra, and the major pilgrimage site of Lourdes. Students will live and share most meals with a French-speaking family. CIEE provides opportunities for students to volunteer with local organizations, and internship opportunities are available via an internship seminar. This program is offered in conjunction with the Department of French and Italian.
